New creation

The world always stands on a knife edge, we just don’t see it most of the time so it feels further away than it is. Many worlds are always ending, from the loss of a loved one to the collapse of an economy. It is the Trinity’s goodness and grace that animates all life and makes it worth living. As Papa says in the Shack, ‘no one knows the countless horrors I have already saved the world from‘. The Resurrection is the hope that all death has been and will be dissolved away. Meanwhile that grace works through countless individuals and communities around the world who stand for life and healing in the midst of tragedies. And as the scripture says, ‘we know and rely on the love God has for us‘.
